Blueberry Chia Pudding

A filling nutritious breakfast, or perfect for anytime of the day.

Ingredients - Serves: 8

240ml almond milk

(or any other milk)

120g plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 vanilla bean, seeds only

½ teaspoon cinnamon

2 teaspoons honey

(or any other preferred sweetener)

8-10 raw almonds, roughly chopped

75g fresh or frozen blueberries


  1. The night before, mix together the milk, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla seeds, cinnamon and honey.


  1. Next morning when you are ready to serve, add the almonds and blueberries.


  1. This breakfast is amazingly versatile, you can use most soft fruits, some of our favourites are mango, raspberries, grapes, strawberries and plums.


  1. For extra crunch add some nuts.
